Detroit style pizzas boast thick "square" crusts with a light, airy crumb. We layer premium toppings and cheeses to the edges to create maximum pizza goodness and crunchy, INSTAGRAM-WORTHY caramelized cheese borders (also known as "frico"). We cold ferment our dough and bake each pizza in seasoned pans to produce a buttery, golden crust with a GLORIOUS CRUNCH.
